Wake Up Water- Did not want to wake up this morning, but I mean, who ever wants to get up when you're cuddled next to puppies? Chugged a cup of water and made some Her Tea to get a lil' pep in my 4am step. Day 2 of ZERO coffee, and honestly, can't even tell!
Breakfast- Good ol' Shakeology to the rescue. This time I added my fruit (strawberries) to my blend. MAGICAL. My stomach was starting to rumble with hunger by the time I left for work so this was much needed and did the trick. I am already feeling amazing today. Light and not quite as head foggy. Hey guys maybe this really does work! ;)
Morning Tea - Started to crave coffee and creamer, but since creamer is a no go right now, TEA IT IS! Went for the TinyTea again. It really is my favorite with a little bit of Stevia sweetener.
Mid-Morning Fiber Sweep - ANNNND I am freaking starving. I am somewhat hoping the Fiber Sweep would help, because this little lady still have an hour til lunch. Still hard to take down, but having it ICE cold helped as opposed to yesterdays barely cold mixture. Again, my advice, chug this sh*t. haha
Lunch: Boring, but totally filling. Spinach, avocado, and a light oil based dressing. But after not really eating all morning (and last night, whoops), it was HEAVEN! It's funny how these smaller portion, healthier foods are starting to become enough.
*Still trying to get the Vanilla Fresh down, I am pretty full already.
Afternoon Tea- Didn't get in my afternoon snack due to being full on tea and water. Still feeling really good though, a little more sluggish than yesterday. But powering through.
Dinner- Well, I caved a little. I was so hungry from not having my snack when I should have and waiting too long that I had a taco (It was taco Tuesday I might add for a little justification.) I didn't binge eat like I normally do. Kept it light and chugged some water with it. Still pretty proud of my self though.
Tomorrow is a new day!
