3-Day Refresh Day 2.

4:00 AM:
Wake Up Water- Did not want to wake up this morning, but I mean, who ever wants to get up when you're cuddled next to puppies? Chugged a cup of water and made some Her Tea to get a lil' pep in my 4am step. Day 2 of ZERO coffee, and honestly, can't even tell!

6:00 AM:
Breakfast- Good ol' Shakeology to the rescue. This time I added my fruit (strawberries) to my blend. MAGICAL. My stomach was starting to rumble with hunger by the time I left for work so this was much needed and did the trick. I am already feeling amazing today. Light and not quite as head foggy. Hey guys maybe this really does work! ;)

8:30 AM:
Morning Tea - Started to crave coffee and creamer, but since creamer is a no go right now, TEA IT IS! Went for the TinyTea again. It really is my favorite with a little bit of Stevia sweetener.

10:30 AM:
Mid-Morning Fiber Sweep - ANNNND I am freaking starving. I am somewhat hoping the Fiber Sweep would help, because this little lady still have an hour til lunch. Still hard to take down, but having it ICE cold helped as opposed to yesterdays barely cold mixture. Again, my advice, chug this sh*t. haha

11:30 AM:
Lunch: Boring, but totally filling. Spinach, avocado, and a light oil based dressing. But after not really eating all morning (and last night, whoops), it was HEAVEN! It's funny how these smaller portion, healthier foods are starting to become enough.
*Still trying to get the Vanilla Fresh down, I am pretty full already.

3:00PM:
Afternoon Tea- Didn't get in my afternoon snack due to being full on tea and water. Still feeling really good though, a little more sluggish than yesterday. But powering through.

6:30PM:
Dinner- Well, I caved a little. I was so hungry from not having my snack when I should have and waiting too long that I had a taco (It was taco Tuesday I might add for a little justification.)  I didn't binge eat like I normally do. Kept it light and chugged some water with it. Still pretty proud of my self though.

Tomorrow is a new day!

3-Day Refresh Day 1.

After finishing 2 accountability groups and finally starting to see results, I wanted to give the 3-Day refresh a try. I have not always been the best with my food choices, Taco Bell is my one true love, I am sure of it. I tend to fall off the wagon when I see that shiny bell or those golden arches, so I really wanted to try and commit to something a little shorter term to challenge myself and then blog about it for even more accountability. So, here we are.

4:00 AM:
Wake Up Water- Okay normally I am up at 3:30am to get my work out in, but after a long HOT weekend, I decided to give my body a break and sleep in until 4. (Sleep in til 4, still doesn't sound all that appealing right?)  Chugged some water before making lunches and decided to forgo the coffee and have tea instead, which might make for a long tired day.

6:00 AM:
Breakfast- Made my Shakeology, today I left out the almond milk and went for 10oz of just water only. Added some ice for texture, and blended in my Vitamix. I drank this on the way to work and had on serving of a la carte strawberries when I could finally sit down at my desk.

8:30 AM:
Morning Tea - I don't usually get hungry this early, but my body must be panicking knowing I can't have a Big Mac later. I opted for some Tiny Tea to take my cravings away. Hoping this helps, girl is getting hangry over here.

10:30 AM:
Mid-Morning Fiber Sweep - Guys, this wasn't great. I definitely recommend the coldest water possible and drink it FAST. A little gritty for my taste buds and I am not the biggest fan of lemon, but I'm not hungry any more!

11:30 AM:
Lunch: I lied, I was hungry. BUT that made my 2 cups of spinach, 1/4 a small avocado and apple slices all that much better. And I topped it off with the Refresh Vanilla Shake for desert. I am actually surprised at how good I am feeling. It was a little iffy after downing that Fiber Sweep.

2:30PM:
Afternoon Snack- I wasn't sure if I was going to make it this long after just the spinach and avocado, BUT I actually didn't feel very hungry, so I some what forced my self to eat knowing when I needed to plan dinner. But bell peppers (veggie list) and hummus (healthy fat) it is! Still struggling to chug all this water though.

3:00PM:
Afternoon Tea- Opted for some Her Tea  before I headed home. (This counts as water intake right?) Also finished off my 32oz of water while I drove in traffic.

6:30PM:
Dinner- I got my Vanilla Fresh in, but I won't lie I was so busy (and really not all that hungry), that I forgot to eat! Whoops.

Overall I am pretty impressed with this Refresh. I don't feel hungry or sick to my stomach and I definitely thought I would be feeling way worse. Let's see what tomorrow brings!!
